Hien's Heart: "WHAT'S IN THE KITCHEN? GO BANANAS, BAKE-ALONG!" is a tribute for our half Vietnamese and German niece, Nadine, whom we wanted to teach french pastries in our American sweet kitchen using multiple languages (English, French and Vietnamese)... with our puppet friends: Raffe and Mona. This was our first creative series as part of Le 26 Group’s creative dessert collective featuring parisian desserts led by Pastry Chef Auntie Hien.
